Where a learner was present and assessed, the actual scored mark must be uploaded against the correct learning area or project component.

Run a candidate-by-candidate audit for every learner registered for KPSEA or KJSEA: registration details, required SBA entries, and outstanding project scores. Upload missing marks as soon as evidence is verified. Where absence is confirmed, enter AB. Keep scored scripts, project evidence and a printed upload acknowledgement in a labelled school file.
What this is not. It is not the Term 3 KEYA/KFLEA Grades 3–5–7–8 tools cycle (tools from 28 September; upload by 23 October). It is not Grade 10 Senior School Assessment Number cleanup. It is not the October national paper timetable for KPSEA and KJSEA rehearsals.
